How to prepare
- Thinly slice the delicious Chorizo Ibérico de Bellota
- Remove the casing from each slice
- Place the chorizo on the plate slightly overlapped forming a circle. Leave an empty space in the center of the plate.
- Put some crunchy Picos Camperos (traditional Spanish bread sticks) in the center of the plate.
