ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Ibericoclub.com is an online business so we are open 24/7. Ordering in our website is as easy as deciding if you want a package of sliced jamón ibérico or a whole jamón ibérico and clicking the Buy button. You can do a onetime purchase or subscribe to that purchase and receive it weekly or monthly. We accept all major credit cards for payment. If you have any problems using your credit card to complete an order, please send us an email to [email protected] and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Our jamón ibérico can be delivered anywhere within the continental United States of America. In order to make it simple and cost effective we offer Free Shipping, no matter what you buy and where you live. You will receive your jamón ibérico in between 1 and 5 working days anywhere in the continental USA (exceptionally some orders could take a little longer to deliver). We deliver from Florida, so most of the times we’ll do a 2 or 3 day delivery to the East coast. For the rest of the US allow our delivery company a few more days.
Most orders placed before 1:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday are shipped the same day. If you place your order on Friday after 1:00 pm EST it will ship the following Monday.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
All our Jamón is hadcrafted in Spain (Valle de los Pedroches) and shipped to our warehouse in South Florida. We make our best to estimate demand and store enough products to serve efficiently, but in the case that we run out of some of our products, we would advice you immediately. If your credit card has already been charged you will be 100% refunded.
ORDER CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION
We will honor all order cancellation and modification requests as much as possible. However, we do pack many orders a day, and if your order has already been packed it may be impossible to cancel or modify it simply because it can be one box out of hundreds shipping out and we might not be able to find it.
If for any reason you don’t like our jamón ibérico (very unlikely) you can return it 100% free. Just email us at [email protected] and we’ll send you a prepaid label to ship it back to us. As soon as we receive the Jamón, we will refund your credit card. No costs, no questions asked. Simple and free.
