How to prepare
- Cut some wedges of the Gran Reserva Manchego Cheese.
- Place the Manchego Cheese forming a semi-circle in a white round plate.
- Put one by one the slices of Acorn-fed Ibérico ham slightly overlapped on the other half of the plate.
- In the center of the plate put the Picos Camperos and the Roasted Marcona Almonds. Enjoy!
